Job Description

Full Stack DeveloperYour field of responsibilityAs a senior Full stack Java developer / Java J2EE developer you are responsible for end to end delivery of various features in the given application / program you are working.You are expected to get involved in all the phases of SDLC,

  • Analysis of business requirements to suggest solutions
  • Clear and unambiguous documentation of the requirements, design scenarios and the solutions.
  • Close collaboration with the technical teams to ensure that requirements are understood and translated into technical specifications.
  • Active involvement with Quality Assurance teams in defining the QA strategy, test plans and use cases to validate solution.
. Supporting user acceptance testing and acting as a single point of contact for all the stakeholdersAlso, you are responsible for stake holder management with in your purview, namely the delivery lead, application architect, program manager and QA lead. Finally you would be responsible for overall customer satisfaction, and bring value to the team you are working.What you bring to the table for the job are :- B.Tech. or equivalent degree in Computer science- Desirable to have relevant certification in Java / J2EE. Around 8 years of relevant experience in designing / developing complex IT systems in Java/J2EE within banking and financial services, preferably in Credit Risk or Private Banking area.
  • Working as a senior Full stack Java developer / Java J2EE developer and database skills for multiple project(s)/work stream(s) within Private Banking Credit Risk - IT space.
- Good UI skills on Angular .- Hands on skills on Micro services using Java spring boot technology.- Good exposure to deployment platforms on open shift- Hands in working experience with Odyssey and GIT
  • Strong hand in writing functional specifications and user stories
  • SQL skills and experience in data analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;.
  • Experience of independently managing end to end delivery of complex projects.
  • Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders, and ability to engage with functional experts from other departments of the banks.
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work with little supervision.
  • Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal).
  • Effective time management able to work under pressure and meet deadlines for both project related and non-project related tasks.
  • Good team player and keen on taking new and diverse tasks/assignments.
Ability to write unit test cases, following TDD.
