Compliance Operations (C-Ops) is the operational arm of the organization. The team partners with worldwide program teams to classify products and ensure Amazons product listings follow regulatory and legal compliance guidelines. C-Ops supports regulatory compliance requirements for Amazons worldwide programs such as Restricted Products, Dangerous Goods, Global Trade Services, Product Assurance, Food Safety and Product Safety. C-Ops has offices across India, China, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, Jordan, and Costa Rica and supports compliance related needs for worldwide Amazon marketplaces A day in the life Compliance Operations team is looking for Process Excellence Managers to lead multi-faceted global projects for our rapidly evolving programs. Job responsibilities:Support business in defining statistical approach for metrics managementCreate visibility to leadership for strong decision making by developing reporting mechanism such as dashboard development on Tableau, Quicksight, etc.Provide support to the operations team in data extraction for dive deep or any projectCollaborate with the data analytics team to bridge the gaps in view of metrics managementDrive transformation activities and create global and scalable end-to-end processesDevelop processes and process improvement strategies that improve the overall quality and efficiency of operationsEngage with technology teams and product managers to provide comprehensive and well thought through inputs to the product roadmapEnsure standardization of Worldwide operationsBasic Qualification:SQL, R, Statistics, Data Modelling & Forecasting, PythonHave previous experience in development of different reporting dashboards, Bachelors Degree from an accredited university Position requires 3+ years of successful leadership experience in project management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques and a great desire to develop skills to an advanced level Facilitation experience at all levels of the organization must be comfortable addressing both large and small audiences Demonstrated knowledge of key business financial metrics Proven experience in working with large-scale technology systems Manage the Project schedule monitor network overall Kaizen activity, coordinating Kaizen efforts and ensuring timely financial validation Preferred qualifications Advanced degree /Masters Degree (Math, statistics, Engineering, Science, Business) from an accredited university or 5+ Years of similar experience MBA from a top tier B-School is a plus Lean/Six Sigma Black/Green Belt certification Advanced Excel, Basic SQL, R, Statistics, data modelling
