Job Description

At Toll Technology Centre, Pune (India) we are looking for IT Service Lead responsible for the developing, managing and delivering support services for users of Toll s IA COE applications. The role is responsible for ensuring service delivery for both internal and external software meets the agreed business demand at the quality required, delivering business value in a cost effective and timely manner.As a IT Service Lead, you will:

  • Establish and maintain a highly effective support framework for the IA COE. Ensure processes, procedures and appropriately skilled resources are in place and tested to ensure that services are delivered to agreed service levels. Implement Mendix and UiPath platform solutions in line with project demand.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service focus and responsiveness to ensure delivery as per service level agreements, identify continuous improvement opportunities within support and business processes to increase operational efficiency, and maintain and enhance Mendix and UiPath platforms to drive value to the business.
  • Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement of Mendix and UiPath platforms including assessment of emerging technologies and opportunity for automation. Apply appropriate Platform Governance. Ensure systems tuning and configuration tasks, optimising and regulating settings to ensure maximum system performance.
  • Work closely with the onshore and offshore support teams within Toll IT. Undertake proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues implementing preventative measures as appropriate.
  • Safeguard the quality of transition of build into support from the IA COE. Work with the broader IA COE team to ensure agreed commitments are delivered.
  • Development, implementation and management of support processes and policies, maintain support documentation as appropriate, Identify application consolidation opportunities to reduce the application complexity within Toll ensuring customer needs are not compromised
  • Oversee and measure KPIs to monitor and challenge vendor performance and identify gaps and areas of service improvement, review and rationalise the current vendor landscape for application support services. Apply the relevant security and risk management protocols as directed by Toll IT policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT support services within a similar sized multi-national organisation, with excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills at Senior Executive level
  • Demonstrated successful experience with leading a support services team
  • Demonstrated successful experience in the development of IT strategy and planning for a similar sized organisation.
  • Experience supporting digital eCommerce and mobility platforms highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated successful experience in engaging with key business stakeholders to ensure business requirements (SLA s) are being met.
  • Experience in COBIT or ITIL best practice, and experience in working within an agile environment
