Dear Candidate,Greetings for the day!!We are having urgent requirements for the position of Lead Generator with Indias Leading Healthcare Company for Bangalore location.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Lead Generator role is for someone who will answer incoming calls , chats & Leads and answer them and upsell a doctor appointment We are looking at staff for lead generation Staff will handle Incoming calls, Incoming Chats and Leads generated and call out the Customers The calling will only happen on Warm leads As we discussed we are looking at 4-5 Good English speaking audience with Other Linguistic abilities where possible( Tamil, Kannada, Hindi,Telugu) Other key skill set is Upsell skills Our budgets are 20,000 to 23,000 with the right candidate take home salary additional incentive of 3,000 to 5,000 Initially and going up to 5,000 to 10,000 in 6 Months time for the right candidate Our is a perfect day Shift with most off the staff doing 9AM to 6 PM in the office Staff will have to be Open to work in Mid Shift 1 PM to 10 PM, that may be WFH or as per Government Regulations All staff will be on 30 day probation as you understand there is only a limited scope of gauging the person during the Interview QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE Preferably a Graduate degree with a minimum of 2- 3 + years of experience in Calling / Chat process International / High end Domestic Process Attention to details Strong interpersonal skills We are looking at Immediate Joining ONLY We will also be open to people with people in their late twenties / Mid & late thirties as long as they have a willingness to learn The entire performance management is based on fair process and Utmost good faith An apple is compared with a apple PACKAGE 2.5 L to 2.8 Lakhs annum + incentivesThank You.WE ONLY IMMEDIATE JOINERS IN PUNE AND BANGLOREFOR PUNE MARATHI IS MUSTRegards,MAHEEP D85916 43858
