Description and RequirementsBMC Helix ITSM is the industry-leading service management solution that uses cognitive automation technologies to transform best-practice ITSM principles that youve come to appreciate from Remedy, delivered on your choice of cloud.The Lead Product Developer will participate in module design with a focus on production-grade, high quality, portable, maintainable, and BMC standards-compliant software; will be responsible for driving the technical direction of the product.
