URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR BUSINESS ANALYST FOR INsURANCE COMPANIESROLE - MANAGER-BUSINESS ANALYSTDEPARTMENT - ITLOCATION - PUNECTC- 18 - 20 LPAPRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Work with multiple stakeholders across the business verticals to ensure user requirements are clearly defined,
  • delivered and approved for deployment.
  • Monitor efficient transition of business requirements to technical specifications.
  • Develop plans to gather all business requirements for company
  • Ensuring correctness and quality of data at all levels
  • Providing data inputs for various projects across company
  • Team Coordination with Development team
  • Deliver within stringent timelines
  • Requirement Prioritization
QUALIFICATION
  • Graduation and Above
  • Insurance and banking Background
WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Good at problem solving and strong analytical skills
  • Critical Thinking and eye for detail skills
  • Knowledge on Regulatory Reporting
  • Excellent Communications, Documentation Skills && Networking Skills
  • Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening and interviewing
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong command on MS Office Packages
