With connections across more than 210 countries and territories, we are building a sustainable world that unlocks priceless possibilities for all.OverviewThe Network Solutions Connectivity and Switching Team is dedicated to growing MasterCard revenue from transaction switching and proprietary value-added services associated with switching. The Network Solutions team partners with Operations & Technology and Regional Partners to enhance the strategic fit, quality, efficiency and applicability of Mastercard s network and services assets to suit customer needs. The team creates Product and Solutions offerings to drive product distribution and competitive advantage with merchants, processors, financial institutions, fintechs, and other industry participants.The Manager, Network Relations & Compliance will support multiple Payment Networks and requires industry experienced in working with the Payment Networks. In this capacity, the Manager will manage TPP relationships, analyze operating rules, product offerings and release information to optimize switching capabilities and ensure compliance. The role works with the product group and customer facing staff to create new products, implement releases and identify system impacts that network mandates pose to internal systems/processes and to external processors connecting to the platforms. Role: tInterfaces on a day-to-day basis with Payment Networks. tEnsures 100% compliance with the various Payment Network Rules. tCollaborates with O&T to ensure compliance with payment network processing, including periodic mandated changes, by contributing business requirements and other information as requested by O&T. tCreates both internal and external communications to inform appropriate personnel and customers of upcoming changes needed to maintain compliance with the various Payment Networks. tIdentify enhancements and incremental products and services opportunities that can be developed and marketed to customers applying business case disciplines. Creates a process to regularly feed information back to the product strategy team to ensure they are aware of new payment network product offerings. t Work closely with the other global and regional teams to support development requirements, execution plans, business case evaluation for incremental Networks. All about you: tExperience in a compliance role at a payment network or processor, gateway, financial institution or large merchant tProven ability to be creative, execution oriented and collaborative with cross-functional teams tExisting business or working contacts with major global and US based debit networks desired tAbility to translate knowledge into concepts and opportunities for commercialization tExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal tTravel requiredDue to COVID-19, most of our employees are working from home.
