Job Description

    Manager Talent Acquisition : Leading NBFCPosition : TA Manager - West (MH,RJ,GJ,CG)Location : Regional Office ; Pune (Kondhwa)- Handling entire recruitment of west zone (Reporting to TA Head)- Manpower Planning requirements vis- vis Business Plans with Functional/Divisional Heads.- Prepares Recruitment Plan for the open positions on the basis of Manpower Budget - Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies - Source and find candidates qualified for open positions- Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological tests etc.)- Employment verification and background check reports (CIBIL)- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards for sourcing- Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools- Keeping candidates engaged between closure and joining- Generating and analyzing various reports and tracker for on a timely basis- Continuously developing and improving the recruitment process- Monitoring and constantly reviewing recruitment costs- Building and maintaining vendor relationships (consultants, job portal representatives, etc.)- Staying abreast with market best practices and implement relevant tools/ processes- Acting as a single point of contact for all recruitment activities- Continuously striving towards minimizing the TAT for closing the roles- Implementing new ways and strategies for closing the position faster- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent command on Excel and PowerPoint- Team player and Good time-management skills and communication skills,
