Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!we have opening for Master Data SpecialistJob Responsibilities:Main Tasks:

  • Responsible for maximizing business outcomes with improved data integrity, visibility and accuracy
  • Understanding of the active, ongoing management of data throughout its lifecycle from creation to archiving or deletion
  • Ensure that information flows timely and securely
  • Master Data Maintenance of the central master data for finance area such as debitors, creditors, asset accounts, tax master data as well as material master data
  • Calculation of standard prices / entry of planned prices
  • Develop and implement procedures for effective data management, guarantee adherence to company regulations
  • Regularly monitor and evaluate information and data that could affect analytical results
  • Coordination of all processes and information in the area of master data
  • User support for key users, close cooperation with all relevant interfaces and support in the daily use of data systems
  • Process improvement and digitalization of the collection and use of master data in SAP, continually develop data management strategies
  • Continuous improvement and expansion of the MDM toolbox
Profile:
  • IT Graduate with minimum 2 + yrs experience.
  • Analytical understanding of databases, data structures and their effect on processes (ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data)
  • Independent working style, analytical thinking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex problems clearly and in nontechnical terms
  • Attentive to detail
  • High ability of communication
  • An advantage: knowledge of German.
