Job Description

    Graduate with certification or specialization in networking & security technologies and OEMs (CCNA/CCNP Security or equivalent certification). Minimum 7+ of years relevant experience in managing Large Enterprise campus and data center network Good hands on experience on Palo alto firewall and Panorama (9.1.X version ) in large Enterprise Network Good hands-on experience on Cisco or Arista network devices (Cisco 3750, 6500, 6800, Nexus 7K and 5K,cvp) should have a good understanding of site to site and GP vpn of Palo Alto firewall Should have a good understanding of switching technology like VTP,STP,RSTP, Vlan, HSRP,VRRP,VPC, ether channel and leaf spine architecture. should have a good understanding of routing protocols like OSPF,BGP,BFD,MPLS,WAN optimization Should have experience to Manage enterprise network operations and implementation and also ready to work in shift 24*7 Provide level 2 and L3 support for operations investigation troubleshooting and resolving network communication operation problems Ability to manage P1 and P2 calls independently with clients and also provide the RCA Is responsible for providing a service to clients by proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems. Preemptive service incident and resolution activities, as well as product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices and quality assurance this role will maintain a high level of service to clients.
