Do you have proven ability to manage workforce transitions We re looking for an business manager to:- drive change in an area which is currently undergoing significant transformation.- supporting the development, roll-out and implementation of the Sourcing & Location framework- Working with team leads to support the execution and implementation of project plans to transition business processes offshore.- Execute transitions in compliance with UBS Operational Risk requirements- Working across cultural, geographic, and functional boundaries to deliver transition projects. - Providing regular updates to Senior Managers as appropriate.Your teamDiversity helps us grow, together. We provide advice, solutions and execution in a simple, intuitive and flexible way to technology to enable the workforce management plan to be executed., Master degree in Economics, Finance or Banking/ Bachelors of Technology. 3+ years of Project experience in Financial Services industry Very good written and spoken English Experience in executing transitions Ability to manage wide set of objectives with conflicting priorities requiring one to interact with stakeholders Ability to travel and conduct multi-time zone meetings outside of local business hours Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Project)
