  • Establish performance baselines, guidelines & non-functional requirements for the system including establishment of frameworks to measure & validate performance
  • Decide & finalize the load parameters approach referring the production data from Splunk
  • Designs & develops performance test frameworks and test scripts as part of the delivery pipeline
  • Set up the Jmeter job on CI / CD pipeline process in TeamCity
  • Provide input to architectural & design decisions to improve Performance & ensure resilience, scalability, maintainability & overall operational stability of the system
  • Design & execute Load testing , Stress, Endurance & Capacity tests, analyze & convert results into actionable improvements across development squads
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Expertise in performance testing using Jmeter and validating results in Splunk
  • Good in fetching the payload information using Unix commands from logs using terminals like Putty, mRemoteNG or equivalent
  • Knows core Java
  • Good in creating custom charts in Splunk for the test results
  • Experience in Desktop based application performance tuning/testing
  • Experience with CI/CD capable performance test frameworks with modern micro service based architectures & operations
  • Strong Agile
  • Experience in load runner is preferred
