* Duties and Responsibilities - Driving KPI Metrics through Product team for below businesses: o Unsecured Professional Loans o Medical Equipment Finance o Prospect Salaried Loans Annual Budgeting exercise and P&L accountability for all business segments under Prof Loans having an ownership mindset Execution of New Sales Engagement Program to ensure stickiness of Sales Managers Design execute and manage Capability developments & go live within timelines for all business segments Launch of Initiatives Products which directly contribute to business volume Intense focus on achieving both short term and long-term goals Champion the product and process management of BFL and ensure right people are actively engaged in the right discussion to execute product programs Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment Assume increasing responsibilities and are not constrained by boundaries Challenge the status quo promote the culture of deep and wide thinking and create a high performing team MAJOR CHALLENGES: Cross functions stakeholder management for project delivery. External Clients : Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work HDFC & BAGIC Team for Bundled & Non-Bundled Insurance products. CPP for Value-added service products. Team Lease team for Headcount allocation and Off role management. ATPL for Call centre management. DIMENSIONS; Financial Dimensions; Managing 5300 Cr AUM for the business in terms of AR Attrition Monthly Income & OPEX lines. Productivity management at Sales Manager & PSF level. Daily Average Resolution TAT for Sales queries to be maintained. Resolution of Customer Service escalations within agreed TAT.
