Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Driving KPI Metrics through Product team for below businesses: o Unsecured Professional Loans o Medical Equipment Finance o Prospect Salaried Loans Annual Budgeting exercise and P&L accountability for all business segments under Prof Loans having an ownership mindset Execution of New Sales Engagement Program to ensure stickiness of Sales Managers Design execute and manage Capability developments & go live within timelines for all business segments Launch of Initiatives Products which directly contribute to business volume Intense focus on achieving both short term and long-term goals Champion the product and process management of BFL and ensure right people are actively engaged in the right discussion to execute product programs Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment Assume increasing responsibilities and are not constrained by boundaries Challenge the status quo promote the culture of deep and wide thinking and create a high performing team MAJOR CHALLENGES: Cross functions stakeholder management for project delivery. Living up to expectations of Sales Team for all businesses; understanding gaps & resolution. Multi-tasking as per business priorities from time to time. Conflict management between teams. Product team handholding & keeping them motivated in highly pressured situations DECISIONS: Extensive research and evaluate multiple initiatives to suit business DNA. Structured Programs to support field team on uplifting productivity. Prioritization of deliverables and implementation through relentless Rigour. Target Setting. Decisioning on Business Risk Metrics & policy. Income & cost management for all segments in the business. Assigning key deliverables to Product team as per the potential of each team member. INTERACTIONS: Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Sales Team for support. Finance Team on P&L management. COE Team for Project deliverables. HR Risk Credit IT Collections Marketing Operations & Compliance Team on business interventions. External Clients : Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work HDFC & BAGIC Team for Bundled & Non-Bundled Insurance products. CPP for Value-added service products. Team Lease team for Headcount allocation and Off role management. ATPL for Call centre management. DIMENSIONS; Financial Dimensions; Managing 5300 Cr AUM for the business in terms of AR Attrition Monthly Income & OPEX lines. Productivity management at Sales Manager & PSF level. Daily Average Resolution TAT for Sales queries to be maintained. Resolution of Customer Service escalations within agreed TAT. Collections cases allocation and management for the business & driving penal income per case Other Dimensions: Total Team Size: 4 Number of Direct Reports: , * a) Qualifications People Management skills. Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. Excellent communication skills. Negotiation Skills. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Proficient in applications - Microsoft Office/SFDC/Customer Eye. b) Work Experience Candidate should be management graduate with minimum 5 years of work experience after post-graduation.
