  • Project Role :Business Operations - PMO Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

      • Key Responsibilities : a: PMO Team Lead communication support including mailbox maintenance b: PMO mailbox SLA tracking and SLA Performance c: Creation and updates of instruction documents and manuals d: Recons DL, MSPS, premises access, VDI, WBS, MyWizzard, CDP, MD Tool, Ariba, people data roster validation, Roro WBS recon Ad-hoc validation
      • Technical Experience : a: VBA and SharePoint automation maintenance b: Knowledge of SharePoint, SNOW, VDI, MS Teams, Premises, My Wizard c: Knowledge of MS Office, MSPS
      • Professional Attributes : a: Good Communication Skill both written and verbal b: Flexible to work in all shift and under pressure situations c: Good Analytical skill
    • Educational Qualification : a: Should be completed 15 years full time education
