Job Description

    Job Highlights
    • Should be a mentor for the automation QA and train them in appropriate tools and technologies
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Selenium web driver Automation test estimation,Automation framework design and any one of the Automation script preparation (Java / Python/Ruby / Groovy/Oops Concept)
    • Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Selenium Cucumber or Jbehave
    Role purpose
    • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction from quality point.
    • Creates, owns and tracks the quality management strategy and process by adopting the industry best practices as best suited to the organization.
    • Sets clear teams and direct reports objectives.
    • Defines and maintains strategy for growing teams and direct reports knowledge and skillset.
    • Creates and maintains highly motivating environment and effectively manages individuals performance.
    • Manages organizational changes in a smooth manner.
    • Effectively communicates with different stakeholders within and outside the organization to:
    • Provide visibility on the quality strategy, progress and deliverables.
    • Acquire all the resources needed for assuring the best performance of the team.
    • Acts as communication bridge and escalation point for the team.
    • Proactively identifies issues in the team and resolves them in efficient manner.
    • Should be a mentor for the automation QA and train them in appropriate tools and technologies.
    • Experience in application interface testing using Soap UI/postman etc.
    • Strong knowledge of Build and deployment in Continuous integration is strongly desirable.
    • Advanced understanding of source code repositories, branching and merging strategies.
    • Any Mobility automation testing is desirable (Appium/Perfecto/See Test etc.)
    • Perform the review of the automation scripts created by the team and ensure the review comments are discussed and closed.
    Skills & Experience
    • Very good understanding of various SDLC and project management tools.
    • Good technical understanding of various QA tools and processes.
    • Good understanding of automation and non-functional testing best practices and tools.
    • Broad understanding of ecommerce and respective 3rd parties and integrations.
    • Good understanding of project quality tracking and reporting best practices/KPIs.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Selenium web driver Automation test estimation, Automation framework design and any one of the Automation script preparation (Java/Python/Ruby/Groovy/Oops Concept).
    • Adequate working knowledge of Junit or TestNG.
    • Minimum 2+ Years of experience in Selenium Cucumber or Jbehave.
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agile projects.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are desirable.
