Job Description

    SAP HCM (Including OM, PA, Travel, Training, Performance, Event management) - 6 to 10 years experience in industry out of which; - Atleast 5 years experience in SAP HCM. - Min. 2 years domain experience - Prepare planning documents - Expertise in SAP HR module. - Must have able to do end to end implementation from its own without any help. - Should have worked on 2-3 end-to end SAP Implementation Projects for Indian clients - Should have thorough knowledge & experience on sub modules like OM, PA, Travel, Training, Performance, Event management - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Should be aware of ASAP Implementation Methodology - Should have good knowledge of roles and authorizations design - In-depth knowledge and understanding of the software project life cycle and project management processes. - Must be individual contributor. Work independently, manage small engagements or work as part of large engagement. - Excellent planning, time management and organization skills. - SAP certification is an added advantage. - Preferably Chennai based.
