Senior IT Operations AnalystSenior IT Operations Analyst Job DescriptionSenior IT Operations Analyst - must have excellent comm skills, to be able to work in a very demanding development team and high visibility project must be able to hold their own, be confident in their skills and abilities.Must have experience with Enterprise IaaS / PaaS and all other services provided by AWS and AzureThe Ideal candidate will be responsible forWorking with Corporate IT to manage AZURE/AWS systems deployment, lifecycle maintenance, including requests, determining action plans, Capacity planning, reporting, advising and parties to involve.Responsible for triage and resolve service management system incidents and requests.Responsible for application monitoring, data manipulation for widgets and generating reports, problem identification and management.Responsible for system data manipulation- tuning agents and collectors to glean wanted information.Creating/updating processes that enable outcomes important to our team.Occasionally consult with individuals inside and outside of the team, including company customers and providing general customer supportLeading proof of concept / implementation / Migration ProjectsEnsure secure computing practices in multiple vectors including operating systems, development and 3rd party tools, Firewall design and application, CI/CD software development enablement.Azure and AWS infrastructure mgmt.Create and manage check-in policies, and installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of CI/CD.Producing scripts for automation and report generation using Terraform, Tera grunt, Cloud formation templates, Ansible, GIT, PowerShell, Bash, Shell, python scripting, Linux and Windows operating system and scripting, azure Visual Studio Team Services.Maintain the applications withing EKS, AKS, Dockers, Hub, Docker Registry, (be able to create in real-time dashboards in production environments in Azure.Create and Manage Kubernetes clusters, deploying Azure container services in both AWS (EKS) And Azure (AKS) along with Dockers, K8S, Helm.Manage Networking protocols, network security in a cloud.Manage Cloudflare or any other global load balance tool utilization.Azure/AWS InfrastructureVirtual machines, Virtual Networks, autoscaling, storage, Key vault, Network Security Group, Load Balancer, Traffic Manager, Route Tables, S3, storage accts, EFS, FSX, NetApp NAS, Recovery Services Vaults, Key Vault, Azure Backup, lambda, server less architecture components.Azure DevOps Pipelines design and configuration both Yaml and GUI based.Azure Monitoring, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Alerts, Metrics, Azure Management/Governance Policy, Azure Automation.Azure Active Directory deployment, Azure AD Domain Services, Active Directory (on-premises and Azure IaaS).Required SkillsAWS Certified Solutions Architect or Sys Ops Administrator and Equivalent Azure certified.6+ years IT industry experience including AWS And Azure Full stack and Restack skills with bachelors or masters degree in computer science / information technology5+ years of experience with the in-depth experience using cloud-based development platforms such as AWS, or Azure and change management procedures and SDLC along with troubleshooting complex production incidents in cloud-based applications and services.5+ years of experience with architecting, Process design and running consumer-facing applications in a hybrid and/or multi-cloud environment. Solution Design (CCNA, CCNP, CCSP or equivalent experience with large network deployments) with IP networking, networking Protocols, VPNs, DNS, global load balancing, firewalling, security (DDOS, WAF etc.), APIs, and OS configurations.5+ years experience in Seamless/automated build scripts for release management across all immutable environments with Terraform, Puppet, Chef, Tera grunt, Ansible, cloud formation templates along with PowerShell, Python, Linux shell, Bash, Ruby, Perl, shell, etc.,5+ years of setting up Kubernetes multiple clusters and Worked Nodes. EKS And AKS implementations using Dockers, containers, K8S, Helm, Prometheus, Grafana, Twist lock, Nginx implementations and other tools.5+ years of Linux system administration, including a comfort level with Red Hat Linux and/or CentOS.5+ years of experience with deploying, maintaining, and operating applications deployed in AWS and Azure cloud using the tools GIT/SVN, CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, JIRA, code commit, Selenium), creating software, sustaining code, creating builds, build deployment, CICD automation pipelines.Identity management and federation in multiple cloud accounts.2+ years of experience with the Cloudflare or any other global load balance tool configurations.Mandatory 24 x7 operations support shift working on rotational shift along with the other team members.Experience with research, absorb, collecting data and organizing it into actionable information.,
