Job Description

    Sr Engineer Salesforce Work closely with Delivery Managers, Business Partners, Business Process Owners, business analysts, developers to design solutions to meet business needs in accordance with industry best practices Work collaboratively and apply strong communications skills in facilitating technical discussions and presentations Play the role of a technical SME in internal strategic initiatives to grow the platform Serve as an active contributor to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the Salesforce platform. Specializes in gathering and analyzing information and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable. Soft skills and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders to discuss needs and opportunities and translate them into solutions. Provide oversight, coach and mentor junior members on the team to apply best practices, including estimating work, test driven development practices, configuration over customization etc. Teams would include vendor partners as well. Serve in a release manager capacity as needed to plan and lead the team through releases,
