* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) - Analyzing portfolio on various business and risk performance metric. - Liaise with business to create various design of experiments. - Explore various type of alternate data and create business use case around it. - Timely reporting and tracking of all interventions. - Analytical support basis various markets segments events etc. - Formulating and tracking all portfolio segmentation related key metrices and their movement. - Liaising with the various businesses and SBUs for opportunities support and development on EMI card portfolio and engage on any new deliverables and process interventions. - Recommendations basis analysis with all the stakeholders. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - Alternate data-based business use case. - Business or Policy level recommendation by doing various type of analysis - Identifying opportunities and support EMI Card business growth and improve portfolio quality. - Rolling out of new process/solution interventions to stakeholders and teams. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) - Managing EMI Card /NTB Acquisitions 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work - Work with Infra and Risk team to manage and maintain system rules and policies on the system - Follow-up on open issues & Business tracker with supporting teams & timely closure - Work with other businesses to help them drive transactions on EMI CARD customers , * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications Post-Graduate with 2-4 years experience in payments industry. Preferably a CA or MBA finance by qualification with experience in Data Science, Analytics and risk management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. Should have handled a team in the past and should have hands on experience in SQL/SAS/Python Comfortable on working in MS Power Point & MS excel and handle large data set. a) Work Experience b) Prior experience in product and portfolio management required. c) Excellent analytical, data management and presentation skills. d) Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management. e) Thorough working knowledge of various data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, SAS, CHAID, etc is an add on
