Handling SMA NPI/TPI production and business activities and providing SMA production related technical support to fulfillment efficient, high quality and cost-effective.2 Principle ResponsibilitiesPre-dev for new SMA technology& process study, and output technical solution.Introduce new SMA Technology and process to products in early phase, and secure quality for volume production.Define and implement NPI SMA Production process.TPI site quality and technology discussion and support as TPI SMA driverDo failure analysis to fix SMA process issue, components and PCB quality issue, coordinate PBA DFM (Design for Manufacturing).Continuously apply modern industrial engineering technology into production center to have a flexible, agile, and lean manufacturing environment for NPI/TPIBe actively involved in daily support to NPI production lines and perform troubleshooting as per smooth production requiresShare related experience with team members3 AuthoritiesStandardize the NPI/TPI SMA process, routine, and special case handling methodsBe the technical verification and coordinator as per material, tooling, facility, etc.Stop NPI/TPI production under conditions specified in Operational Description for EngineeringAccess and acquire necessary information in order to carry out the tasks4 Main TasksDefine and set up SMA production lines for NPI&TPI as well as sustaining support with optimum solution to satisfy the production capacity requirementTo be involved in PRI group and NPI/TPI project group, work with technical issues relating to existing products R-state upgrade and new products introduction.Involved in NPI projects to handle both component and PBA DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and feedback to design unitInvolved in failure analysis, provide products and SMA production knowledge to FRAG team to improve quality within supply chainPlan competencies of SMA Engineering according to business requirementsSupport project and master managers in competence development and share of knowledge and experience within SMA Engineering and related process support team on project and master manger initiativeTrack new manufacturing technologies and processes proactively, introduce and cultivate modern manufacturing concepts throughout ENC with everyday practice, training, and knowledge sharingBe aware of latent problems in production and solve the problems that occur in the production area in an efficient and professional way, continuously improve the process to lower WIP and shorten manufacturing cycle timeHold and leading one technical SMA improvement area or topic per year and ensure the convincing outcome. Create tools and methodology to control SMA yield and continuous improvement.Evaluate and qualify new SMA equipment and setup new production line as well as improve productivity.Cooperate the new product programming, including screen printer, chip and fine pitch machine, AOI, reflow oven as well as de-panel.Help production lines to build up multi-skill resource pool via certification. Create work instructions and training descriptions for each type of assembly and operating job to guide them to work correctly and efficientlyPrepare documentations and reports such as NPI/TPI production flow chart, visiting report, proposal. etc. Standardize operation standard timeGenerate and maintain programs for running machines concerning the maximum yield and utilization of production timeSupply production related NPI/TPI Information Systems daily support to production line and coordinate with IS maintenance resource to upgrade and troubleshoot5Requirements for the JobUniversity degree in relevant subjects such as Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Automation Engineering etc.Minimum 5years working experience as SMA Process Engineer,Be expert in SMA process, components technology, PCB, PBA DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and fixture design.Be good at failure analysis and be familiar with analysis process and methods.Excellent grasp of oral and written EnglishComprehensive knowledge of Radio products and processes is preferred.Be cable to play a leading role in a team, showing characters of leadership, creativeness, and persuading abilityBlack Belt preferable
