SOFTWARE QUALITY ANALAYST II Position Summary: Are you ready to start a new journey with a team of energized professionals advancing and connecting the world s infrastructure Bentley is looking for you! We are looking for an SQA II, reporting directly to the to Manager QA manage testing. Your Day-to-Day / Responsibilities: Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
• 5+ Years Experience
• IT/Computer/Mechanical/Chemical/Mechatronics/Architecture/Civil/Architectural/Structural/Electrical Engineering background from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Sound understanding of basic 2D-3D Geometry
• MUST HAVE experience of working on CAD products e.g., 3D Modeling, 2D Drafting etc.
• Ability to understand design documents and create test plan accordingly.
• Able to plan and estimate testing tasks
• Ability to document bugs effectively with detailed description and using snapshots, videos wherever required.
• Ability to understand the product, its features and end usage.
• Strong Analytical, Problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
• Should be proficient with all MS Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities:
• Work in Agile scrum team and Continuous Delivery Software Development process
• Perform functional and non-functional Manual Tests which includes, Regression, Performance, End to End Tests (workflow) etc.
• Test newly developed features, log bugs, verify bugs, investigate issues etc.
• Verify and validate user s issue
• Test Estimation with Test Lead OR Senior Software Quality Analyst.
• Monitor the test execution with SQA1 and Associate QA.
• Mentor SQA1 and Associate QA.
• Assist Test Automation Engineers for identifying manual test plans to be automated.
• Involvement in Test Case Designing
• Learn/Get familiar with various Bentley Products
• Provide advice to Technical Support team, Application Engineers, when required.
