Job Description

Role DescriptionResponsible for conducting BAU activities as well as gathering business requirements and content for other members of the API team throughout the product lifecycle. BAs will also be responsible for helping the API Capability Owner with product management related tasksResponsibilities

  • Gathers, analyzes, and builds business requirements for the squad
  • Understands the Matrix process flows, including the exception management process
  • Is responsible for documenting requirements consistent with NT Agile standards.
  • Is responsible for verifying and validating the requirements with the appropriate business and technology stakeholders.
  • Is responsible for defining the requirements management plan (requirements traceability and requirements change control) for the project consistent with NT standards.
  • Is responsible for assessing requirement changes, determining the impact to those requirements and providing this information to the Product Owners.
  • Fields any questions from the project or delivery team and clarifies the requirements. May need to go back to the Product Owner and/or Subject Matter Experts for information.
  • Participates in test planning and testing activities in general.
  • Participates in all squad level rituals such as daily stand up, scope sessions, iteration planning sessions and retrospectives.
  • Assists with the defect management process.
  • Extremely familiar with the overall product, as well as the future state goals.

3-5 years related work experience in functional area or project related experience. Organizational and analytical skills are required to monitor project plans and review reports. Knowledge of daily processing functions in a specific area, usually acquired through prior related experience, is required to coordinate project activities.
