Sr. IT Security Analyst (IAM Operations Engineer)Responsibilities:Provide IAM operations excellenceParticipate in the review and design of IAM solutions to ensure appropriate controls are operationalizedProvide operational support and adoption of new IAM solutionsDemonstrate experience engineering and operations of CyberArk PAS technology in a cloud environmentDemonstrate experience engineering and operations of Single Sign On technology in a cloud environmentParticipate in projects and initiatives working with other IAM leads, IAM team members, other architectural, development and engineering teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to provide enterprise IAM solutions.Provide operational requirements to IAM projects and strategic initiatives related to enhancements and evolution of IAM services.OperationalParticipate in the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutionsParticipate in the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and servicesParticipate in a globally distributed operational teamParticipate in the identification of service improvement opportunitiesParticipate in design activities and requirement gathering to ensure operational perspective providedParticipate in defining IAM Operations service levels and service metricsMonitor the Service ticketing system and work with team members to resolve tickets that are out of SLAParticipate in response activities including working with team members on service restoration activitiesParticipate in root cause analysis and prepare leadership reports on incidents, resolution, and root causeParticipate in planned change and other maintenance activitiesParticipate in a 24x7x365 on-callActively work on incidents raised by business unites and escalation (as needed)Maintain SLAs by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashionDevelop and maintains documentation of key operational processesParticipate in audits and other compliance assessment activitiesRelationship ManagementMentor and develop other IAM team membersActively engage and build a network with many teams across the globe including:Global IAM team leads and team membersGlobal Technology and Infrastructure teamsJob QualificationsBachelors Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalentMinimum 5+ years-of demonstrated experience in a role which is Identity and Access management related. 3+ years in professional services with focus on identity and access management (IAM)Experience working for a global Enterprise company2+ years of CyberArk PAS engineering and operations experience2+ years of Single Sign On engineering and operations experiencePeople management in projects, and direct reports in a matrixed environment5+ years of hands experience in (automated) conducting provisioning tasks for users, groups and devices.Proven knowledge and experience regarding architecting and implementing hybrid Identity infrastructure with multiple AD Forests and Azure AD/Office 365.Experience with Identity Governance Automation toolsExperience with AD Consolidation, IT infrastructure changes during acquisitions, mergers and divestures.Experience with tooling responsible for user, group, device, attribute and password synchronization.A well-developed understanding of and appreciation for business needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient service to the businessAn ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, orally and in writing, in an easily-understood, authoritative, and actionable mannerFlexible working hours to support a global operationUnderstanding of security in cloud environments and a demonstrated understanding of the technical aspects of information security, such as network security, infrastructure security, and application securityUnderstanding information security & compliance requirements, standards, and regulationsAbility to set and manage priorities judiciously.Exceptionally self-motivated with a superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of computer networks, hardware, operating systems, and software including understanding of application and patch development,
