Manager - ( Project Sales ) - MNC Electrical Lighting Major Co.- Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget. - Interact with Corporate, Influencers & Project Dealers to understand product needs/product - Undertake and monitor detailed product testing. - Interacting with contractors and end consumer panels to track market trends/ unmet needs, Track customer complaints. - Addresses recurring complaints through appropriate action - Managing the business in his division through a team - Training and development of sales and administration teams and to develop successors for self - Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of PSO - Gather information on competitors- activities in the region and act upon it control entire accounting and all audit related queries. - Conduct contractors meet.
