You will as part of the Common Service and Platforms team under the FRAS CTO organization alongside other talented women and men to bring the benefits of the latest technology to solve complex business problems in a sustainable and innovative ways. Our team offers: being a part of a major transformational program in the leading international financial organization collaboration with other architects (solution / domain / business) to enable opportunities for re-use across the stack, helping to bring down the TCO whilst reducing lead time agile environment where diversity is celebrated flexible ways of working excellent learning, mentoring, and internal mobility opportunities, 7+ years of very strong hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium, Cucumber and Gherkin must be proficient in Java / Python Programming language very strong experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch experience in using CI/CD tools like Teamcity / Jenkins / Gitlab robot Framework with SeleniumLibrary and SapGuiLibrary experience is an added advantage develop and execute maintainable automation tests for functional, non-functional and regression test cases investigate and debug test failures, updating tests or reporting bugs as necessary and provide test coverage analysis based on automation results strong knowledge of testing best practices and tools including JIRA and X-Ray plugin knowledge and experience of working in Agile delivery methodologies, TDD & BDD exposure to Load & Performance testing, JMeter, DevOPs, API passion for driving new ideas and standards team player who can collaborate well with developers, business analysts and other testers able to make decisions independently, involving others where appropriate a strong communicator who can present technical ideas in an easy-to-understand fashion a self-starter who looks to take ownership of problems and see them to resolution able to step up and lead junior testers by helping them in routine work, troubleshooting and providing guidance on test coverage
