Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Duties & Responsibilities: We need innovative product manager who will collaborate with business and technology team and should have solutionist mindset for problem solving. Should be passionate about long term and sustainable product building approach. To create maintain and improve individual products on the Bajaj Finserv App Define KPI s to be measured & work towards continuous innovation market relevance and sustainability of individual products. Should have detailed knowledge about App development & tools used for campaigning monitoring & maintaining a mobile application Should have knowledge in areas related to mobile app key viatials monitoring Devicing key programs to ensure high retention & engagement of users in the mobile application To drive and deliver strong engagement numbers like utilization of individual products Having worked on HEART framework or similar framework on consumer facing mobile applicaiton Creating project work streams with clear delivery dates and driving cross functional teams to deliver basis agreed dates. Should have experience of handelling a team of 8-10 individual & team contributors Experience and Expertise: BE or B Tech in Computer Science or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 8 years of experience in mobile app product management or project management or engineering teams. Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment. Should have excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills. Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. Proven track record of working in agile teams,
