Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - We are seeking a Senior Lead/ Lead who can manage the projects function for PL PMG. The role involves identification of new opportunities in process/product innovation and delivery of same for Personal Loans vertical. This role requires working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment; identify design & drive projects under PMG framework. He/She needs to establish and maintain professional networks with subject matter experts managing multiple domain at a time. Strong empowerment and self drive is a must. Responsibilities: Drive key initiatives like PL@POS PL@Marketplace PL@Insta EMI Card Identify partners for digital partnerships across ETB PTB & NTB segments End to end ownership of business for key horizontal digital initiatives Liaise with internal stakeholders for communication & innovation tests in 3-in-1 Experia App and MBK platforms Lead initiatives to increase funnel efficiency & KPIs across channels Identify new digital partnerships Explore opportunities for new products/channels Create a communication test framework Responsible for meticulous scoping planning and execution of all test programs Work proactively with credit risk and other key stakeholders across the organization to resolve critical process issues in a timely manner Deliver differentiation thru technology adoption ,
