Dear Candidates,Greeting of the day!We have an urgent opening Domain Lead R2RJob Purpose:To design effective R2R/TAX processes by adopting best practices and aligning the same to the existing organizational set up, identifying process gaps for continuous improvements, driving standardization & automation of processes across all units/regions, thereby striving for highest possible level of process effectiveness & efficiency.Job Context & Major Challenges:At UKSC, R2R Tower manages and maintains records of financial transactions of all Units. The Team ensures that the close process is completed in accurate and timely manner providing necessary insights on the strategic, operational, and financial facets which give an in-depth idea of an organizations performance thereby supplying information to stakeholders who want to know if their expectations have been metSince UKSC is at evolving stage, the role incumbent will have to understand various process gaps and introduce more efficient processes in collaboration with delivery teams and stakeholder, while working towards process standardizationKey Challenges: Presales: Variation in the unit-level processes: Standardization of processes becomes difficult as each unit follows a different process which impacts the transition. System changes may have repercussion which needs to be managed well for ensuring accuracy.Key Result AreasKey Result Areas Supporting ActionsBusiness Growth & Expansion (Presales)

• Actively engage in presales activities and support Senior UKSC Management and Group Business stakeholders on pursuits for new business opportunities and develop sales and commercial awareness/acumen for respective Domains for UKSC. Study customer requirements. Co-ordinate with the right stakeholders for proposing appropriate solution which is best meeting their requirements.
• Prepare proposals including technical, functional and commercial elements by seeking necessary inputs from stakeholders and submit the same to Tower Heads for approval
• Participate in negotiations and proposal finalization discussions by proposing necessary work-around / amendments meeting client budget
• Follow-up with the client for providing sign-off on the proposal and releasing the PO
• Maintain the database of all proposals for future reference along with other relevant documents such as approvals and reference notes

Seamless Business Transition

• Participate in discussions with units/ regions as a Subject Matter Expert along with the Tower Head, Delivery Head and Business Transition Team during transition of Units/regions into UKSC for understanding the existing processes of the Units/regions being transitioned
• Conduct due-diligence in collaboration with the BT team and identify any deviation in processes during transition & align the same logically to existing processes with sign off from relevant stakeholders including the DH and TH
• Track the transition phase of the R2R/TAX process closely for units/regions from on-boarding to stabilization, with regards to process to ensure alignment and compliance with all process requirements. Provide timely status update to DH and TH
• Working with the Business and UKSC stakeholders in the analysis and assessment of current business processes, design the functional Test scripts and work with the Technology experts in implementing configuring the SAP-ECM-Workflow systems to support the organizations Best in Class To-Be process vision. This implies providing design specifications as subject matter experts for integration with all upstream and downstream processes

Process Transformation / Standardization

• Design a framework to articulate the vision and value proposition for the R2R/Tax Domain to senior level business stakeholders with appropriate ownership of the Process Controls, Governance and Technology intervention, assist DHs in identification of benchmarks and best practices for suitable adoption
• Drive contribution towards best in class insights for an inspiring a vision for a digital transformation and change management related to the execution of Best in Class Process framework, Propose changes in the existing processes to the DHs with an aim for standardization
• With the assistance of Training Co-coordinator, design policy / processes for R2R/TAX function as per business requirements & adherence to relevant statutory compliance. Ensure corresponding SOPs are built to assist teams with guidelines for smooth execution of the process. Ensure all process / SOPs are signed off by the DHs and THs and relevant stakeholders at Unit/ Regional Offices
• Bring sustainable contribution and insights on leading Best practices for the Domains with a Targeted enhancement of Operating Model, structure, competency and Process design techniques.
• Identify and Transform Process designs deploying tools and technology within F&A Processes to achieve the Industry standard results and support innovation and lead the design, implementation, execution, testing and continuous improvement of the R2R/Tax end to end processes, Collaborate with IT team and arrange for UAT testing by the delivery teams and gather feedback on the testing
• Identify and Own RPA/IA projects and work closely with Business Functions/ Product companies/ Technology Teams and Service delivery to implement BOTs in action and Own process documentation (Process Maps, Narratives, DTPs, Control Documents) with appropriate framework for Test of Design and Test of Samples and Communicate process changes timely to relevant stakeholders & Delivery Head
• Provide R2R/Tax Process and Domain Expertise required for Solutions, Decoupling Business Processes, Transformation feasibility, Continuous Improvement framework, Market Bench-marking, Maturity Assessments and bring functional expertise in Quality Improvement programs.

Continuous Capability Improvement (Process, People and Technology)

• Collaborate with the BT team and run a pilot for process improvements and/ or technology enhancements
• Conduct periodic Train-the-Trainer training to raise process awareness among the teams across the tower for improving people capability

Risk Management & Governance

• Ensure suitable checks and control are in place for any new process or for any change in process

Stakeholder Management

• Attend governance meetings when the same is pertaining to transition, process development or change in process for the assigned units/regions to understand issues, provide inputs etc
• Ensure closure of actionable items under the SME purview in a timely manner
