Job Description

* Duties and Responsibilities - Conducting regular checks and sampling on customer applications received Consistently monitor and identify improvement opportunities and drive required actions in policies/processes or areas of non-compliance for remedial action Preparation and submit data of sampling reports Conduct training & educate all employees including PSFs on Sales Compliance as per governance framework. Process owner for all compliance control activities in the handled cities Provide inputs and triggers to the senior Team basis filed observations at the location , * Graduate /post graduate with 3+ years of experience in sales/credit/collections Engineers with exposure to BFL systems like Power BI, SFDC, SQL etc will be given preference Strong MS Office skills including excel Prior experience in Two wheeler finance industry will be added advantage Cross functional co-ordination skills Effective verbal and written communication skills
