Job Description

    8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of experience in developing Integration Artefacts using Workday TechnologyDesigning, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using Custom Report, EIB, Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio.Have worked on at least one End-to-End Workday Implementation projectGood to have knowledge on developing Workday Payroll IntegrationGather and analyze requirements and provide technical advice and best practices with respect to integration development and implementationProvide solution and integration development with Workday including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, integration testing, UAT and deploymentMaintain continuously and support existing integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessaryMonitor and ensure successful completion of integration runsEnsure the productive operations of Workday System Architecture including all interfaces (integrations) as well as custom reports/dashboardsTrack issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concernsStay abreast of emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product.Work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and others across the team to define requirements and develop a robust solution. Work with functional teams for discovery and design sessions, as neededPartner with the team on Integrations solution design, development, delivery and documentationEDUCATION AND OTHER SKILLS:Bachelors degree (Computer Science, Information Systems or relational functional field)Certified in at least one Workday integration technology track: Workday Pro Connectors and Document Transformation, Workday Pro Integrations Administration or Workday Pro StudioWorking in US -India Overlapping HoursGoodAnalytical and Designing skillsGood communication and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross functional teamSelf-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn beyond training
