  • Prospecting & Meeting with Existing Customer of the Organization as well as Customers from Own Network and Conducting Quick Need Analysis
  • Working and Converting the Leads provided from the Organization and from Existing own set of clients.
  • Achieving targets Month after Month
  • Update Lead Status in the LMS.
  • Focus to increase the Conversion Ratio both from Existing leads and from Own Network.
  • Increasing Customer awareness about Life Insurance Products and achieve the Targeted penetration on cross sell within the Branch customer base and from Own Network of Clients
  • Delivering Constantly on Goal Sheet Parameters.
  • Ensure Compliance to internal sales process & other defined sales & Service Standards.

  • Lucrative Incentive Structures, best in the Industry.
Other Key Requirements for this Role :
  • Age within 35 Years
  • Candidate Must Know Local Language apart from basic proficiency in English
