Job DescriptionPosition Name:Senior Engineer Battery SectionNumber of Post:1 Nos.Department:R&DDesignation:Senior EngineerPosition Reporting TO:Manager Battery SectionJob Location:Plant - New Raipur, CGDesired Qualification:BE Electrical & ElectronicsDesired Experience:5-6 YearsCTC:6 to 8 LPA (Negotiable between this range)Industry Type:Electric AutomobileCore Competencies:LeadershipIntegrityTeamworkProblem-SolvingAnalyticalTechnical Competencies:Setting up of quality systems for both incoming and finished products.Planning production according to the monthly plan.Ensuring battery quality & right specs on delivery.Keeping track of battery and warranty.Keeping records on breakdowns/vehicle wise / vin number wise.Liaison with telematics manufacturers.Develop service policies.Track battery issues and work closely with the service team.Generate battery breakdown MIS.Li Ion Battery performance trackingLi Ion Battery breakdown reporting and repair support.Streamline the product quality process in place.Develop systems for field feedback and improvement implementation.Setting up quality Processes.Study regulations and prepare/implement actions to meet them.Homologation of batteries and FAMECell & Cell & another supplier knowledge
