Job Description

    1. Conducting of legal due diligence on properties for creation of mortgage(i.e. by equitable mortgage or registered mortgage or by extension of mortgage) and assisting internal teams on legal queries, documentation and stamp duty.2. Conducting Due Diligence of properties to be mortgaged.3. LSR/TSR review and opinion.4. Reviewing and handling litigations under civil, criminal and commercial laws on behalf of the organization.5. Drafting of Dunning letter, Loan reall notices, Legal Notices, responses and representing the Company in various legal matters filed by the company or the borrowers.6. Providing strategic oversight and direction including external counsel selection and retention for all legal disputes, legal proceedings and investigations7. Field visits to default customers for collections.
