Job Description

    Require experience in Plastic Processing product developmentQualification: Mechanical/Plastics Engineer.Experience: 2-3 Years in NPDReports to: ManagerResponsibility:1. Responsible for New Product Development Cycle from product design to deliver to the customer which involve conceptualization of the product, Engineering drawing, Specification, Process design, Packaging and verification & validation of the product and prepare and sharing its documentation with customer as well as other external and internal stake holders.2. Constantly work on improvement of product quality and optimization of process and material to remain competitive.3. Responsible to strategized various innovative products while working jointly with cross functional team.4. Involve in new project and product manufacturing feasibility study and prepare the report along with investment required to developed particular product and its costing to the management to take decision.5. Prepare, monitor and update the product development plan to the customer and management at agreed timeline/interval.6. Developing new process from validation of process, trials & testing and commencing production along with maintaining related documents & formalities.7. Support for analyzing the problem on the ongoing processes and offer solution.8. Providing basic training to other stake holder to enhance the skills and techniques for better production/improvement.9. Responsible for sourcing and Vendor development.10. Involve to resolve the customer complaint along with other stake holders.Skills:- Should be well versed with plastic material manufacturing primary and secondary processes e.g. injection molding, extrusion process, thermoforming, printing, sealing, lamination, etc.- Capable of the process of material finalization of product as per customer requirement- Strong exposure in new product development cycle.- Interpersonal analytical skill- Good communication verbal and written.- Should have been proficient in computer softwares i.e. MS office, Auto CAD, Solid works, SAP etc.- Should have been worked in QMS environment.
