Job Description

  • Inspection of incoming materials mechanical & electronics parts.
  • Analysis of the inward inspection test results and Statistical Graphs Reports, awareness of Quality tools.
  • Understand, prepare and follow the daily Quality Inspection Plan.
  • Internal measuring Instrument Calibration process, monitoring & Analysis.
  • Computer knowledge; MS Office.
  • Drawing Reading & understanding of drawing requirement.
  • Familiar with Metal parts inspection and handling of Vernier, Micrometer and various type of standard gauge.
  • Do the inspection in line with Production schedule. No delay in the inspectionConduct the routine test of NDT & Visual Examination of Welds joints as per the standard.. Train the ITI QC inspector as per the testing/inspection requirements.QAQC Inspector to inspect building works and QAQC check for facade components production, installation and handoverResponsible to ensure Quality of works executed is as per specification and approved drawingsMaintain & Preserved the Quality Inspection document by scaning and keep in to Scan folder.
  • Identifying the trainings for the staffs based on the requirement of change in product, change in requirement of regulatory authority and against non-conformity actions.o Developing the plans, procedures and technical data sheets according to the product and processes as per customer and standard requirements.
