Job Description

Take ownership of allocated machine & zone.
Responsible to accomplish the work within specified time.
Analyze: Study the drawing & check the Input material.
Follow set-up sheet/plan.
Job setting on machine, Preparation/setting of tools, fixture, accessories.
Ensure CNC programs so that job/machines are not stopped for want of any programs
Execute program with verification
Inspect the component at each stage & make report before unload from machine
Monitor & record tool life also Preparation of tool breakage report.
Preparation of Rejection report
Responsible for house-keeping & 5S activities in shop floor.
Update job-card & log book on daily basis.
Ensure proper identification of materials/parts at respective allocated Zone/area.
Adhere to safety rules & regulation of company.
Follow & update machine daily checklist.
Report for any abnormality & down time.
