Job Description

    • Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
    • Individual must be able to identify and develop leads from new and existing accounts.
    • Having good understanding of the process and the products being sold on the platform to be able to resolve the queries of the clients and provide effective counseling to aid them in their procurement.
    • Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the Companys plans.

    • Develop marketing strategies for business development within Territory.
    • Should have an experience of working in Dairy sector.
    • Share regular process updates with the team members and drive the assigned team to deliver as expected and follow directions.
