Job Description

    Job Title: Account Manager - Commercial VehicleLocation: Ghodbandar ThaneSalary: 50,000 to 70,000Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager specializing in Commercial Vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with commercial vehicle clients, driving sales growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in account management.Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial vehicle clients.Understand clients business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.Sales Growth:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in the commercial vehicle segment.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.Product Knowledge:Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Possess in-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle products and services.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share market insights.Contract Negotiation:Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms for both the company and the client.Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.Client Satisfaction:Monitor and assess client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.Ensure high levels of customer retention and loyalty.Reporting:Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Requirements:Proven experience in account management, particularly in the commercial vehicle industry.Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle products, specifications, and market dynamics.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
