Job Description

    Greetings from IT Vedant!IT Vedant is hiring Associate Sales Manager for Thane-Head Office.Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Identify and give feedback on agent shortcomings in soft skills and process knowledge.
    • Online/offline monitoring of agent calls to audit and scrutinize.
    • Daily Reports on Quality Deviations.
    • Auditing calls based on set parameters.
    • Taking training for sales executives regarding quality parameters.
    • Preparing shift timing reports.
    • Reviewing the performance of the Agents.
    • Giving Feedback to operations regarding any deviations in process.
    • Designing immediate & long term sales plans / strategies for maximizing profitability & revenue generation and realizing corporate goals.
    • Preparing annual sales budget and achieving it on monthly & quarterly basis including meeting NOD & receivables target.
    • Develop a strong sales pipeline through deeper market penetration and improved market share.
    • Keep constant update of the developments in the markets with the customers and competition and collect regular market intelligence.
    • Explore and identify the opportunities for improvement in margins and growth in business.
    • Liaising with cross functional teams like Supply Chain and Planning, Production, Finance, R&D for managing the customer requirements and expectations.
    • Leading, mentoring & monitoring the team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
    • Comfortable with Traveling the Company Based Branches.
