Job Description

    QualificationBSc. /MSc. in IT Or Computer Science or BESkillsKnowledge in Unica is a mustDecent knowledge of ORACLE/SQL is a mustExperienceMin 3-4 years of experience in Campaign execution team where min. 1.5/2 years of experience should be as Campaign Quality CheckerCandidate should have experience in managing atleast a 2-3 member teamRoleShould be able to liaise & understand requests raised by various teams/stake holders & should provide for the same within TATDesign, develop and execute simple/complex rules using UNICA Campaign and Siebel CampaignManage extensive campaign quality assurance processes prior to campaign executionSupport communications in production; monitor existing communications, troubleshoot campaign and technical issues, make modifications to existing communications and ensure communications are being executed correctManage communication status reporting; define standard delivery reports, and create new ad hoc reports using available tools (eg: SQL / Excel)Help drive the migration of existing communications to the UNICA platformManage a teams & will need to display good communication skills & should be able to work under pressure for timelines.
