Essencially requires trainer experience of 2 years on papers from collections process in an international bpo.Should have experience in handling new joiners ,conducting reffresher trainings to the new hires ,Maintaining training calendar ,and giving presentation to the inducties essencially related to collection process.Conducting calibrations with TLs and QAs to keep process understanding on same platformGenerate training related MISConducting Process knowledge tests for the process ensuring 100% of the process is gauged on their skillsDoing Super audits (review the reviewer) for the QAs and providing timely feedback on sameRegular Dip checks and Spot quizzes to ensure the team is aware of latest product/process updatesTaking initiatives for both organization and clientAssist trainees through nesting period to make them competent enough to start auditsFamiliarize & Adhere to TBSSs information security & quality policies and standards that relate to ones workProtecting the confidentiality and integrity of information (client/business related) used in course of work at all time including but not limited to user ids & passwordsAwareness of access rights to information & information systemsReporting information security incidents including but not limited to suspected viruses immediatelyEnsure that critical data in the folders where it can be backed up & same is informed to TechnologyIts a rotational Dayshift
