Job Description

    • Providing customer technical and software support for core business applications
    • Working with customer requests and tickets that require multitasking and escalation to the appropriate staff member
    • Administer applications to achieve availability defined in the SLA, escalating incidents when appropriate.
    • Exercising a good understanding of business processes and application usage to meet operational goals
    • Participating in release management activities and transition to operational support
    • Maintaining consistent communication with business stakeholders through the incident and problem resolution processes
    • Performing maintenance, and support tasks including system monitoring, patching and upgrading
    • Diffuse client problems through effective listening skills, positive action, information gathering and/or ticket escalation
    • Experience in Software Documentations like SRS, FRS, Technical Specifications, and Use Cases etc.
    Key Skills
    • Application & Technical: - Ability to work with Stakeholders associated with Technology/Operations teams to understand application functions and related downstream.
    • Database Skills like SQL, My-Sql, Procedures/Functions, Writing Queries and resolve database issues.
    Experience
    • 0-2 years experience in application & database support, analyzing functional specifications, documenting and developing technical specifications.
    Education
    • Bachelors degree BSC. IT/ Computer science or a related field of study
    • UG :Any Graduate
    • PG :Any Postgraduate
