Job Description

A well known Chemical company located in Wagle Estate ,Thane is looking for Export Executive in Logistic department on permanent basisJob Profile :Handle the all export documents related shipping and logistics, place the booking with line, update the SI, update the BL draft, and coordinate with customerEnsure timely processing of export shipments, Payment follow-up with the consignee. Communicate with international/national customers, including freight Forwarders, CHA, vendors.Providing required documents & instructions to freight forwarders and CHA. Maintaining export documents files.Preparing checklist. Filing shipping bill. Arranging Air Waybill or Bill of lading & LC draft checking and preparing shipment documents as per the LC.Arranging transportation for shipment. Coordinate with Airline and shipping line. Coordinate with the team for entire shipmentsEducational Qualification : 3 years in Export Documentation and Logistics for any Manufacturing or Trading companySalary : As per the industry standardHoliday : SundayIf interested kindly mail us your updated resume with salary details and notice period to hidden_email
