Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Operations Specialist with a strong background in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, particularly in cab and bus advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing on-field operations, ensuring the successful implementation of advertising campaigns, and maintaining a high standard of quality and effectiveness. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee the installation, maintenance, and removal of OOH advertising materials on cabs and buses. Ensure that campaigns are executed as per specifications, timelines, and guidelines.Logistics Management: Manage the logistical aspects of advertising campaigns, including the transportation and distribution of advertising materials to various locations. Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and transport teams to ensure seamless execution.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure that advertising materials are displayed correctly, maintaining high-quality standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain the integrity of the campaigns.Field Team Management: Lead and manage a team of on-field technicians responsible for the installation and maintenance of advertising materials. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the teams effectiveness and efficiency.Problem Solving: Troubleshoot any challenges that arise during campaign execution, such as location-specific issues, weather-related concerns, or technical difficulties. Implement solutions to minimize disruptions and maximize campaign impact.Reporting: Compile and provide regular reports on campaign progress, execution status, challenges faced, and solutions implemented. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to offer insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, vendors, transport partners, and internal teams. Provide updates, address concerns, and ensure all parties are aligned on campaign execution details.Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and permits related to OOH advertising. Stay updated on relevant industry standards and best practices.Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (2+ years) in Out-of-Home advertising, with a focus on cab and bus advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of OOH advertising materials, installation techniques, and logistical considerations.
• Previous experience in managing on-field teams and overseeing execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to unexpected challenges.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for reporting and communication.
• A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required for on-site supervision.
