Job Description

RESPONSIBLE FOR:The overall management and development of all aspects of HR and Talent Management for the company, including: Recruitment and Selection Learning and Development Talent Management Management of the HR department Compensation and Benefits positioning Employee RelationsSupervisory Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
