Job Description

    DearCandidate,Job Opening for the position of Marketing Executive at Thane.Company ProfileCompany deals in all types of properties Operating Since: 2013.Dealing in:Rent/Lease and Sale/Purchase of Office Spaces, Apartments / Flats, Shops, Warehouses / GodownsJob Summary
    • To search owners & brokers commercial properties directly from the field.
    • To work independently onfieldfor data generation
    • To support marketing team & business development team to search properties as per client requirement from field.
    • To effectively coordinate with owners, broker Associates and builders a strong rapport to create new opportunities thereby achieve the assigned Targets.
    • To send daily reports to the company for constant update of various initiatives / Challenges / Action Plan implemented in the assigned Geographic Territory.
    • To straighten & develop broker networks in the assigned Geographic Territory.
    • To validate properties with property portals representative
    • To assist marketing team in deal completion process if required.
    Responsibilities and Duties
    • The candidate will be responsible for field work, coordination with the owners, managers & brokers for a particular assigned territory.
    • Meeting existing & new building managers, owners, security & generating new properties from them on a regular basis.
    • Reporting on daily & weekly basis in prescribed excel format to management.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • Any Graduate preferred
    • Performing candidate with real estate field or any other marketing field is first preference.
    • Candidates must be computer savvy and should be able to work on excel or word as per company format in their role.
    • Daily reports updating the initiative and status of business in the assigned territory are mandatory.
    • This is a travelling job to meet clients at various locations within assigned Geographic territory. Hence the candidate should be willing to travel extensively as per role.
