Knowledge of construction procedures & cost management.2. Arrange of Q.C evaluation.3. Maintaining the suppliers selection & Approval form.4. Maintaining the vendor & material Database5. Co-Ordination with Site for MRP (material Requirement Planning) daily basis.6. Quality record maintaining.7. Quality Record Maintaining all raw material (cement, steel, sand, bricks)8. Keep all quality inspection report as per ISO standard9. Preparing BOQ documents10. Analyzing quotation & tenders, finalizing and negotiating contracts.11. Project Costing & Accounting12. Reconciliation of Material13.
