Job Description

    Candidate will be based at Mumbai Cooperate Office of reputed Pharma company at Thane near Mumbai and will handle Procurement of raw material ,packaging material , formulation and promotional and gift items. 1) Candidates will be responsible for Purchase of gift items , print promotional items and exclusive etc for existing API bulk drugs/ Excipient/ column/reference std/ consumables/ chemicals/printing and packaging material, Spears/AMC services and lab chemicals.2) He will be responsible for vendor development and handle existing vendors.3) Candidate will closely co-ordinate with plant project team / Plant Manager/pmt department for their requirements.4) You will be closely work with project consultant and accordingly work on procurements of print promotional Items.5) You should be good in negotiation skills and cost saving and will ensure timely delivery.6) Inviting Quotations, Negotiation , cost finalization, releasing purchase orders.Required Candidate profile1) Candidate should B Pharm/ BSc and MBA , 4-6 years of experience Procurement of raw material ,packaging material , formulation , promotional and gift items.2) Also handle purchase of API bulk drugs/ Excipient/ column/reference std/ consumables/ chemicals/printing and packaging material, Spears/AMC services and lab chemicals.3) You should be good in vendor development and vendor audit and explaining them the company requirements of procurement of gift items.4) You will be ensure cost saving through effect negotiations and timely delivery.5) You should be good in closely co-ordinate with Plant Head and Technical Consultant.,
