Job Description

    Minimum 15 Yrs Experience in the Field of Quality Control & Assurance of Machinery / Equipment Manufacturing. It is mandatory to have thorough knowledge & handling experience of the following; * Light, Medium & Heavy Duty Fabrication & Machining Processes, * Engineering Drawings, QC Inspection Procedures related to Fabrication, Machining & Assembly Processes, * Inspection & Quality aspects of all types of Steels (special and structural), * Complete Quality Control Procedures & Activities, Stage wise Quality Inspections (internal and external) of the Items being manufactured inhouse and at vendors premises, * Incoming Material Inspection (Steels & Boughtout Items) * Vendor evaluation and audits, * Periodic Calibration of Measuring Instruments and Systems, * Addressing requirements of external audits and certifications like; ISO, 5S, etc. LOCATION Operation Base will be Mumbai (in our Factory in Atgaon). KEY SKILLS Dynamic and confident in nature and technical expert, well experienced in all activities related to the Quality Control, Manufacturing & Fabrication Department. He should be very good in Communication, and Co-ordination. Handling of challenging and target oriented tasks. Manpower management. ADDN SKILLS REQD. Computer (MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point) Internet & Emails Should have Excellent Command over English Language with Fluency in English Speaking
