Job Description

    Position:Recruitment ExecutiveCompany: Maargeen Consultancy Private LimitedLocation: ThaneJob Summary: The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the HR consultancy firm by effectively sourcing, identifying, and attracting qualified candidates for various job positions. The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with clients and candidates and ensure the successful placement of candidates in suitable positions.Responsibilities:
    1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
    2. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations.
    3. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with shortlisted candidates to assess their suitability for specific job roles and client requirements.
    4. Candidate Presentation: Prepare and present candidate profiles and resumes to clients, highlighting their qualifications and experience.
    5. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs, provide updates on the hiring process, and ensure client satisfaction.
    6. Job Posting and Advertising: Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
    7. Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate candidate assessments, and manage the logistics of the recruitment process.
    Requirements:
